Youth Arts in the Hunter for over 40 Years
Make Noise. Make Connections. Make Change.

Help Tantrum make a difference.

Tantrum takes a creative approach towards making a social impact. We provide space and meaningful opportunities for young people and emerging artists, especially those who stand to gain the most and would otherwise miss out. As a not-for-profit organisation, every dollar we receive goes towards funding and subsidising our programs so they’re accessible and impactful, underpinned by the fair employment of local professional artists and art workers without which Tantrum would cease to exist.

Make noise. Make connections. Make change.

Throughout COVID-19 restrictions, the incidence and severity of domestic violence has increased.
(New York Times, 6 April)

At Tantrum Youth Arts, we inspire creativity in young people to make social impact in the Hunter. Donate NOW to support programs like Opening Doors – Tantrum’s in-schools program counteracting domestic violence by empowering healthy relationships and linking students to avenues of support.
