Paul Adams (he/him) is a strategic and inclusive arts leader, creative producer, and accessibility advocate with a track record of delivering innovative, impactful work across leading cultural institutions in the UK and internationally. Paul has a Diploma in Musical Theatre, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Performance from the University of Huddersfield (UK), and an Executive Master’s in Strategy, Leadership, and Innovation from Murdoch (AUS). His practice spans theatre production, arts education, artist development, community engagement, and systems change in access and inclusion. This cross-sector experience includes working with organisations such as Oldham Coliseum, Ambassador Theatre Group, Wolf Trap Foundation for Performing Arts, Singapore Repertory Theatre, and the Royal Ballet and Opera. 

His vision is a world with access to arts experiences for all, advocating for lasting change in how diverse communities experience, lead, and shape the arts industry.
