Sarah Coffee (she/her) is a theatre maker and academic. Sarah has a PhD in Media and Communication. She is co-director of performance collective Paper Cut and core member of live art collective Big One Little One. Sarah has worked at the University of Newcastle as a researcher, copy editor, and sessional academic in the disciplines of communication and creative and performing arts. Sarah has worked with Tantrum as a performer, marketing coordinator, workshop facilitator and creative producer (The Shake Up). She is also a Senior Facilitator for Tantrum.
