General Manager (Acting)

Tantrum is seeking a driven and dynamic arts manager to join our team from April-December 2020 in the role of General Manager. This is a fixed-term parental leave position.

The General Manager works alongside the Artistic Director/CEO to help shape the vision and strategic direction of Tantrum Youth Arts. The General Manager is responsible for leading the organisation’s business, operational and financial management, as well as coordinating marketing and human resources and providing project support to enable the delivery of a dynamic and innovative creative program.

Applications are due by 5.00pm on Friday 14th February 2020.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview on 24th or 25th February 2020. The position will commence in April 2020, with the specific start date to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
