Tantrum's Youth Advisory Group
The Noisemakers
Who are the Tantrum Noisemakers?
A committee of young people, made up of Tantrum members aged 8 to 17. The Noisemakers are members who would like to have their voices heard extra loud on who Tantrum is and what Tantrum does.
The Noisemakers meet twice per school term with Tantrum staff to plan special programs, help inform Tantrum’s creative outputs, and facilitate events for all its members. The Noisemakers contribute to the important conversations about how Tantrum operates and what Tantrum should care about.
In 2025, the Noisemakers will:
- Provide input and suggestions on Tantrum’s programs.
- Plan and help deliver special events and school holiday programs.
- Have a small budget to put towards a special project for all members.
- Connect with other Tantrum members who love being creative and coming up with new ideas.
The Noisemakers meet twice per term. All meetings are on Mondays, 3:45pm to 5:15pm at Tantrum’s studio – 101 City Rd, Merewether.
2025 dates are still to be decided.
